M3R offers the service of identification and characterization of microorganisms with metabolic capacities of interest for environmental applications, by performing traditional microbiological analyses (isolation, screening and identification of microorganisms) and / or innovative methodologies (identification by next generation sequencing, quantitative PCR, etc.). This service offers the possibility to select microorganisms with interesting metabolic profiles (e.g. microorganisms capable of degrading petroleum compounds) and thus create a collection of microorganisms that can be exploited by our customers.
